Partial Planning - $2150
This package is for couples that already have planned a portion of their wedding, but still need some help finding some vendors and making their dream wedding come true.
The package includes:
Unlimited consultation and regular meetings
Whenever there is something you are wondering about I am available on the phone or by email. I understand that you need help and ideas along the way,and that's why I'm here. I will also meet you on a regular basis to go over details and make sure we're on the right track.
Timeline
Sometimes it is hard to know what to do in the planning process. I will give you a custom made timeline for your planning. It doesn't matter if you only have a few weeks or a full year to plan your wedding, if everything is well-organized it is always possible to make your dream come true.
Vendor recommendations
You might already have a hairdresser, florist and caterer booked, but need some help with finding the photographer, DJ and baker. Or you're just without any vendors. I have extensive lists of professional vendors in the area that will give you a start.
Site recommendations
It can be hard to find the perfect place for your ceremony and reception. If you haven't yet decided on a place I can help you. If you tell me how you have envisioned the wedding I can give you some recommendations on which places would be perfect for you, saving you time researching all available venues.
Theme and décor assistance
If you have ideas for the theme and décor for the wedding, but don't know exactly how to bring them to life I'll help you with ideas and seeing how they will work at the site.
Etiquette advice
Whether it's the first time you are getting married or if you a getting married again, it is always hard to know all the right things to do when it comes to a wedding. I will give you advice on all the questions you have about wedding etiquette.
Wedding Day Schedule
A timeline for the wedding day is very important for things to run smoothly. We will work out a timeline together that you are happy with. I will then "fine tune" this schedule and give it to everyone that needs to have it. One the wedding day I will make sure everything goes according to the timeline we have created.
Vendor Confirmation
Vendors are a vital part of the wedding day. I will make all the vendor confirmations for you one week prior to the wedding.
Rehearsal
I will coordinate and attend the rehearsal. That way everyone, including me, knows what will happen the next day and what their tasks are.
Ceremony site
On the day of the wedding I will be the first one at the ceremony site. I will see to the seating decorations, brief the ushers, make sure the programs are in place and set up the unit candle or any other items that are needed for the ceremony.
Reception site
There are so many details that need to be overseen at the reception site, and your family or friends won't have to worry about any of them. . I will take care of all the decorations and make sure every little detail you have decided on, such as seating chart, party favors and disposable cameras, will be correct. I will oversee the vendors and go over the timeline with them one more time.
The Ceremony
Right before the ceremony starts I will make sure everyone is where they need to be. I will cue the musicians and the entrance of the wedding party. And the most important part: I will make sure you, the bride, is ready and that you look beautiful before you go in.
The Reception
I know that it is very important for you that everything runs smoothly during the reception. I want you to relax and have fun with your friends and family, that's why I will be there to manage everything and take care of any problems that may arise.
Wedding gifts
There's no need to worry about where all the gifts will be going. I'll make sure that all the gifts and cards will be packed up and sent with the designated person. You can leave for your wedding night worry free!
Emergency Kit
I will have an emergency kit the whole wedding day containing extra panty hose, deodorant, Shout wipes, hair spray, band aids and other things that might come in handy when small emergencies occur.
Unlimited hours on wedding day
On the wedding day I will be the first one to arrive in the morning for set up of the reception and ceremony sites, and the last one to leave once the tear-down is down. Unlimited hours on the wedding day is included in this package.
