This package is for the couples that have a very busy lifestyle and have very little time to plan their wedding. I will help you do this and keep track of all the planning aspects. You can have your dream wedding even if you don't have time to plan it.

Unlimited consultation and progress meetings
I am always available on the phone or by email, so whenever you have any questions or new ideas you can contact me. We will have progress meetings along the way so you will always be up to date on your wedding planning.
Budget development
Everybody knows that weddings can get really expensive. I will help you set up a budget that will work for you and help you along the way to keep to it. I will also keep track of your payments as we proceed.
Theme and décor concepts
Selecting a theme for a wedding is not always easy. You may have it all thought out and you may need some help getting started. I will work with you with your thoughts and ideas. Together we will come up with the perfect theme for your wedding.
Vendors
There are so many vendors you need for a wedding and it is a big project to research them all. You need a caterer, photographer, stylist, videographer, florist, baker, transportation, musicians, audio visual technicians, and more. I will search my lists of vendors and find the ones that offer exactly what you want without breaking your budget. I will help you go through the contracts before you sign them. Don't worry about confirmations, I'll take care of them. I will also make sure vendors know exactly what to do on the wedding day.
Wedding-related meetings
If you want me to be present at your meetings with the florist, the caterer, or the musicians, at the reception site, or when you get your dress fitted, I will be happy to attend. I will take notes for you and give you professional advice. I can even keep track of your meetings for you.
Site selection
There are so many beautiful places to choose from in this area and we will find the perfect one for your dream wedding. We'll have a meeting on what you are looking for and I will do the research. Once I will find sites that will accommodate your vision, that are available and fit your budget I will go with you to the sites you like the most and help you make a decision.
Hotel accommodations
Are you getting ready in a hotel room? Do you have family and friends coming from out of town that need hotel rooms? Are you spending your wedding night in a hotel? I will find a hotel for you that can accommodate your needs and negotiate prices. I will also make sure everything is in order for the wedding weekend.
Stationery
Invitations, thank you notes, menu cards, place cards and programs for the ceremony are all stationary that you need for the wedding. I will help you find the right ones that will fit your theme and make sure you have everything at the right time. I will also remind you when you need to send out the invitations.
Party favors
Everybody loves party favors at a wedding. I will help you find the right party favors for your theme.
Etiquette advice
Whether it's the first time you are getting married or if you a getting married again, it is always hard to know all the right things to do when it comes to a wedding. I will give you advice on all the questions you have about wedding etiquette.
Wedding Day Schedule
A timeline for the wedding day is very important for things to run smoothly. We will work out a timeline together that you are happy with. I will then "fine tune" this schedule and give it to everyone that needs to have it. One the wedding day I will make sure everything goes according to the timeline we have created.
Vendor Confirmation
Vendors are a vital part of the wedding day. I will make all the vendor confirmations for you one week prior to the wedding.
Rehearsal
I will coordinate and attend the rehearsal. That way everyone, including me, knows what will happen the next day and what their tasks are.
Ceremony site
On the day of the wedding I will be the first one at the ceremony site. I will see to the seating decorations, brief the ushers, make sure the programs are in place and set up the unit candle or any other items that are needed for the ceremony.
Reception site
There are so many details that need to be overseen at the reception site, and your family or friends won't have to worry about any of them. . I will take care of all the decorations and make sure every little detail you have decided on, such as seating chart, party favors and disposable cameras, will be correct. I will oversee the vendors and go over the timeline with them one more time.
The Ceremony
Right before the ceremony starts I will make sure everyone is where they need to be. I will cue the musicians and the entrance of the wedding party. And the most important part: I will make sure you, the bride, is ready and that you look beautiful before you go in.
The Reception
I know that it is very important for you that everything runs smoothly during the reception. I want you to relax and have fun with your friends and family, that's why I will be there to manage everything and take care of any problems that may arise.
Wedding gifts
There's no need to worry about where all the gifts will be going. I'll make sure that all the gifts and cards will be packed up and sent with the designated person. You can leave for your wedding night worry free!
Emergency Kit
I will have an emergency kit the whole wedding day containing extra panty hose, deodorant, Shout wipes, hair spray, band aids and other things that might come in handy when small emergencies occur.
Unlimited hours on wedding day
On the wedding day I will be the first one to arrive in the morning for set up of the reception and ceremony sites, and the last one to leave once the tear-down is down. Unlimited hours on the wedding day is included in this package.
