Unlimited consultation and progress meetings
I am always available on the phone or by email, so whenever you have any questions or new ideas you can contact me. We will have progress meetings along the way so you will always be up to date on your event planning.
Budget development
There are so many details you can add to an event that it can get very expensive quickly. I will help you set up a budget that will work for you and help you along the way to keep to it. I will also keep track of your payments as we proceed.
Theme and décor concepts
Maybe you already know what theme you want for your party or maybe you don't. Either way I will help you develop the theme idea and make sure you get all the right decorations.
Vendors
How many vendors you need all depends on how big your event is and how elaborate you want it to be. If you only need a caterer I will make sure you get the one that can make what you desire. I will search my lists of vendors and find the ones that offer exactly what you want without breaking your budget. I will help you go through the contracts before you sign them. Don't worry about confirmations, I'll take care of them. And I will make sure vendors know exactly what to do on the day of the event.
Event related meetings
I will keep track of your meetings with the vendors for you. And if you want I will be happy to attend as well. I will come with you, keep notes and give you professional advice.
Site selection
There are so many beautiful places to choose from in this area and we will find the perfect one for your dream event. We'll have a meeting on what you are looking for and I will do the research. Once I find sites that will accommodate your vision, are available and fit your budget, I will go with you to the sites you like the most and help you make a decision. You want to hold your event at your house? No problem! I will come to your house and figure out how we can use the space.
Hotel accommodations
Do you have guests coming in from out of town? I will contact hotels that are in the area and make the arrangements. I will arrange room blocks and negotiate prices. Lists will also be made so there won't be any confusion.
Stationery
Invitations, thank you notes, menu cards and place cards are all stationary you need for your event. I will help you find the right ones that will fit your theme and make sure you have everything at the right time. I will also remind you when you need to send out the invitations.
Party favors
Everybody loves when they come to an event and there are party favors. I will help you find the right party favors for your theme and help you put them together.
Event schedule
Every event needs a schedule to follow for everything to run smoothly. We will talk about how you want the event run. I will work out the schedule and give a copy to everyone who needs to have it. One the day of the event I will make sure everything goes according to the timeline we have decided.
Event site
I will be at the site of the event as early as possible. I will take care of all the decorations and make sure everything is where we planned it to be. The vendors will show up and I will direct them to where they need to be and tell them what they need to do. The site will be perfect by the time guests star arriving.
Event coordination
I will be present during the whole event to make sure everything runs smoothly. I will be there to take care of any problems that may arise. I understand that you want the event to be perfect and your guests will experience an unforgettable party. I will ensure this happens.
Unlimited hours on day of event
I will be the first one to arrive at the site of the event and the last one to leave after the tear down. I don't want you to worry about hours. I will be there the whole time I am needed.
