Day-Of-Event Coordination - $500

This package is for you who have planned your whole event, but want someone to coordinate the day of the event. That way you can feel as a guest at your own party.

The package includes:

Meeting

We will have a meeting at least two weeks before the event for you to tell me everything about the event and fill me in on all the small details, so that I will know exactly how you want it to be and I can make it come true.

Event schedule

At the meeting we will talk about a detailed timeline for the event. I will work out this schedule and give a copy to everyone who needs to have it. One the day of the event I will make sure everything goes according to the timeline we have decided.

Vendor Confirmation

The vendors are a really important part of any event. I will make all the vendor confirmations for you one week prior to the event.

Event site

I will be at the site of the event as early as possible. I will take care of all the decorations and make sure everything is where we planned it to be. When the vendors show up I will tell them where they need to be and what they need to do. The site will be perfect by the time guests start arriving.

Event coordination

I will be present during the whole event to make sure everything runs smoothly. I will be there to take care of any problems that may arise. I understand that you want the event to be perfect and your guests will experience an unforgettable party. I will ensure this happens.

Unlimited hours on day of event

I will be the first one to arrive at the site of the event and the last one to leave after the tear down. I don't want you to worry about hours. I will be there the whole time I am needed.
