A proud graduate of the US Event Guide Certification Program and a certified event professional, Monica Kelson is the driving force behind Midnight Sun.

"When love swept me off my feet in 2004 I had only two months to plan a dream wedding. Naturally organized and an excellent planner, I had no trouble creating a fabulous wedding - even with my fiancé over 5000 miles away! It was this experience coupled with my love of people and exciting new challenges that inspired me to become an event planner and to launch Midnight Sun Special Events LLC. Why Midnight Sun? In my native Norway , the midnight sun provides daylight 24 hours a day. I want to bring this type of positivity to every event I plan, providing new and exciting ideas to the event industry and to every unique client.

I understand that it is important to you to be able to put on an amazing event , to be stress-free, and to feel like a guest at your own function. I will take you through the entire planning process and be there at the day of the event to make sure your dream event comes true.
